Warranty and Returns

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Australian Consumer Law

Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a problem covered by those guarantees, the remedy depends on the nature and seriousness of the problem and the law. This policy does not limit your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where one is required.

Used-item condition

Each product is a particular used item. Read that listing’s condition notes, test information, photographs, part number and stated inclusions before ordering. A fault or condition clearly disclosed before purchase may be treated differently from a problem that was not disclosed; your rights for other problems remain.

How to raise a product issue

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, product part number and a description of the issue. Include photographs or relevant test information where useful. Please stop using an item if continued use could cause damage or create a safety risk. We may ask to assess the product before deciding the appropriate remedy.

Change of mind

There is no general change-of-mind return unless a listing or written agreement says otherwise. This does not affect remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Optional warranty

Any additional voluntary seller warranty applies only when its duration and terms are expressly stated on the product listing or in the order documents. It operates in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under law.

Return arrangements

We will provide return instructions after reviewing the issue and explain how reasonable return costs are handled under the applicable consumer guarantees. Do not send an item without first contacting us for instructions.
