These terms apply to use of greenithub.com.au and purchases made through the store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.

Product information

Products are listed individually and may be used. Review the listing’s photographs, condition notes, part number, specifications, inclusions and test information before ordering. You are responsible for checking compatibility with your equipment. We take care preparing listings, but a description does not remove consumer guarantees that apply by law.

Prices, orders and availability

Prices and stock can change. An order is subject to availability and the checkout process. If we cannot supply an item after an order is placed, we will contact you and arrange any refund required. Payment methods, delivery destinations, charges and available methods are those displayed during checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery terms are set out on our Shipping Information page. Consumer guarantees apply to purchases. See Warranty and Returns for how to raise an issue. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit misleading or harmful material. Site text and design may not be copied for commercial reuse without permission, except where the law allows.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the site; the version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. Australian law applies, and any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
